How Do You Get What You Want?

When you begin to guide your focus and mental images in positive ways, you can create what you want in your life.  You  have to create a picture in the mind’s eye, and imagine what it would be like to accomplish it. Then you can map out a path that will lead you  where you want to go.  Step into that image, and apply your knowledge and drive towards turning it into a reality.

” Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.” Albert Einstein. When you begin to guide your focus and mental images in positive ways, you can create a better you in all aspects of your life. Mental imagery provides an opportunity for you to prepare effectively with challenges or problems in your life before you confront them. By using your mental images in positive ways, you can enter different performances or competitions, feeling that you have been there before.

One of the reasons mental imagery can be so valuable in performing a task, is that the human brain cannot distinguish between an imagined experience and a real one. Both are equally real to your brain. So when you repeatedly imagine what you want to do, and being what you want to become, you have put yourself on a path of positive future reality.
